These is due to the abnormality in cooling system or some virus and Trojan horse which disturbs some device drivers. You open and while the system is ON check CPU fan if it is running properly, if not running properly or running at replace it, check the heat sink interface the surface of the CPU if the white fluid is completely dry that can be also the problem, clean the surface and put new fluid between the surface.
