Do you have installed new hardware? If yes first go to BIOS setup utility and disable that hardware or first remove it and put ON again to see the outcomes.
If the problems is not solved to BIOS setup utility and disable sound,network card, modem devices for moment and then restart again.If the problem will not solved update operating system. For further advice contact me: computces@gmail.com
